This Privacy Policy describes how XXI Wealth, LLC (“XXI Wealth,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information from visitors to this website and from prospective clients who contact the firm. The privacy notice for clients, which appears later on this page, describes how the firm treats the nonpublic personal financial information of its clients under federal law.

Information you provide to us

The contact form on this site collects your name, your email address, an optional phone number, an optional note on how you were referred to the firm, and your message.

Please do not submit account numbers, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive financial information through the contact form or by email. If a matter requires sensitive information, the firm will arrange a secure method for providing it.

Information collected automatically

This site uses Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. Google Analytics collects your IP address, information about your device and browser, and the pages you visit, using cookies and similar identifiers. The firm also receives aggregate search data from Google Search Console.

How we use information

This site is hosted by Vercel Inc. Analytics are provided by Google LLC through Google Analytics. These providers process information on the firm’s behalf in order to deliver their services. The firm may also disclose information when required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect the firm and its clients.

XXI Wealth does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. XXI Wealth does not share nonpublic personal information with non-affiliated third parties for their marketing purposes.

The cookies used on this site support analytics. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. You can also prevent Google Analytics from collecting your data on any website by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Retention

Affiliates. Companies related by common ownership and control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. We may share information with our affiliates for our everyday business purposes, including information about your transactions and experiences.

Nonaffiliates. Companies not related by common ownership and control. They can be financial or nonfinancial companies. We do not share with non-affiliates so that they can market to you.

Joint marketing. A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you. We do not jointly market.

Other important information

Text Messaging Communications: XXI Wealth, LLC may communicate with clients via text messaging for account servicing or administrative purposes. These messages may be retained in accordance with SEC Books and Records Rule 204-2 and our firm’s recordkeeping policies. Clients should not send confidential personal information via text (such as Social Security numbers, account numbers, or trade instructions). All texting with clients is subject to monitoring and supervision.
